Life as a teen can feel exciting, stressful, confusing, and inspiring all at once. Join The Cabin’s Art Therapy Group for Teens, where creativity becomes a tool for self-expression, personal growth, and connection. Through a variety of art experiences, teens will build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and form meaningful connections with others their age in a safe and encouraging environment led by an art therapist.
For Teens
Grow Through Art
Teens will love the opportunity to develop healthy coping skills, strengthen social connections, and discover new ways to express themselves.
Topics Covered
Stress, anxiety, friendships, social skills, family dynamics, self-esteem, life transitions, and more are explored through creative art-making experiences.
For Teens Ages 12-15
Teens will love the opportunity to connect with peers their age, share perspectives, and support one another.
Creative Exploration
Participants will work with a wide range of materials, including drawing, painting, collage, found objects, glass, and mixed media.
