Laura Reuter, MD - Board President
Board Member since 2019
Dr. Laura Reuter is a retired Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist with over 36 years of experience in women’s health. She earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and spent most of her career at Midwest Fertility Specialists in Carmel, Indiana, where she was known for her compassionate, patient-centered care.
She joined The Cabin’s board in 2019 and now serves as Board President. Dr. Reuter brings clinical insight, leadership, and a strong belief in whole-person care to her role—helping guide the organization’s mission to expand access to high-quality mental health services.
Amanda D. Sapp, RN, MSN, Esq - Board Secretary
Board Member since 2019
Amanda Sapp is a licensed attorney and registered nurse with advanced degrees in both law and nursing. She leads a legal practice focused on assisted reproduction and adoption law and also operates The Stork’s Nest, an Indiana-based surrogacy agency serving families across the country.
She earned her law degree from Indiana University’s McKinney School of Law with a concentration in health law and completed a fellowship in medical ethics through IU Health. She is also a certified mediator through the Indiana Supreme Court. Before entering the legal field, Amanda worked for seven years as a neonatal and pediatric nurse and holds a master’s degree in nursing.
Amanda brings a unique blend of clinical and legal expertise to her role on The Cabin’s board, along with a deep commitment to supporting access, ethics, and care for families and individuals
Blake Jones - Board Member
Board Member since 2023
Blake Jones is an entrepreneur and co-founder of West Fork Whiskey Co., an Indiana-based whiskey distillery focused on reviving the state’s rich whiskey-making tradition. A native of Bedford, Indiana, Blake holds a degree from Indiana University in Public Finance and an MBA from Butler University. After starting his career as an analyst at an insurance brokerage, he then transitioned to commercial banking before turning his passion for whiskey and local history into a growing business rooted in community and craftsmanship.
Blake brings entrepreneurial insight, creative vision, and strong local ties to The Cabin’s board. His commitment to building bold, purpose-driven ventures aligns with The Cabin’s mission to expand access to mental health care across Central Indiana.
Roger Outcalt, LCSW – Board Member
Board Member since 2024
Roger Outcalt is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience specializing in addiction and recovery services. He has held clinical and leadership roles with The Salvation Army, Midtown Mental Health Center, Gallahue Mental Health Center, and The Cabin Counseling & Resource Center—working across all levels of care including detox, residential, IOP, and outpatient.
He served as Director of The Salvation Army Social Service Center and as a regional Program Consultant supporting addiction programs in 11 states. Roger also staffed the Indianapolis Mayor’s Task Force on Homelessness and has chaired several nonprofit boards.
After serving as a therapist at The Cabin, Roger now provides clinical supervision to emerging clinicians. His expertise in recovery and long-standing dedication to client care bring valuable insight to The Cabin’s board.
Outside of his professional life, Roger enjoys the outdoors and has led youth programming through his church for more than 40 years.
Meghann York – Board Member
Board Member since 2025
Meghann York is a marketing executive with extensive experience leading product and growth strategy for global companies. She currently serves as Vice President of Product Marketing at SAP and has held leadership roles at Ticketmaster, Salesforce, and Mandolin.
Her expertise spans brand development, customer engagement, and strategic planning across both B2B and B2C sectors. Meghann holds a degree in journalism and mass communication and has led major campaigns in technology, entertainment, and digital innovation.
On The Cabin’s board, Meghann offers strategic insight and a deep understanding of audience engagement—helping to amplify the organization’s mission and extend its impact.
