This 60-minute, all-levels yoga class is designed to restore balance to your body and mind. Through mindful yoga, somatic movement, and conscious breathwork, you’ll relieve stress, release tension, and create freedom to move more easily in your body.
Guided by both ancient wisdom and modern science, this practice supports you exactly where you are physically, mentally, and emotionally. Move with intention, tune in to your body, and cultivate balance, strength, and ease.
