We have started the process of moving quickbooks to show our budget/actuals in 4 locations (Zionsville, Lebanon, Westfield, and The Retreat).

We have also begun the process of securing a new accountant.

Annual Meetings were held with all therapists (1099 and W-2) in January.

All full-time admin staff will have their annual review and goal setting session in February (Rob, Peter, Diane, Carla, Allison - Gabby when she returns from leave).

Jennie will be updating contracts and position descriptions with minor adjustments to better allign with plans/goals for 2026.

We are still waiting on our accountant to complile all data.

2. Google Grants (ads) and Marketing Plan - create plan, begin implementation of phase one.

3. Fundraiser details finalized by Feb 28th (date, time, pricing). Create sponsorship packet and begin prospecting, securing returning gifts, etc.

4. Group Therapy - Hard Launch. Launch group therapy in March 2026.

5. Redefine Programming - marketing assets, website, content in general, approach to prospecting.
