What It’s Like to Work With Me

Play therapy with me is a space for authentic exploration.

As a therapist, I use a child-centered approach to play therapy that focuses on the child's inherent value, strengths, self-expression, and goals. I embody a neurodiversity-affirming and collaborative framework between youth, their caregivers, and myself to develop meaningful solutions to everyday challenges. I enjoy using mindfulness-based and expressive activities in-session to make therapy enjoyable and meaningful for the child and their family.

I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space, where clients feel supported in exploring concerns. I practice modeling self-acceptance, self-compassion, and accountability for my clients, which welcomes youth to come as they are. I am passionate about collaborating with caregivers to better connect with and model unconditional positive regard for their child.

I put empathy at the forefront of all my interactions to create a safe and fun place for children to explore their emotions.

Outside of Therapy

In my free time, I love spending time outdoors with my partner and yellow lab, playing board games, reading, baking, and blowing bubbles.
