What It’s Like to Work With Me:

Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we work together to identify challenges, explore underlying patterns, and develop tools that fit your needs. I bring compassion, openness, and a nonjudgmental presence to each session. My goal is to help you build skills for coping, process difficult experiences, and move toward greater balance, confidence, and connection in your life and relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:
I earned a Master’s degree in Addictions Counseling and Mental Health Counseling and am licensed as both a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC). My background includes supporting individuals and couples with a wide range of concerns, from mood and anxiety disorders to trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges.

My approach includes:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
