Executive Director | Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Since 1998, I’ve worked in the nonprofit world, and since 2007, I’ve been dedicated to the field of mental health and counseling. Over the years, I’ve seen the incredible impact that compassionate, professional care can have—and I’ve become even more committed to helping people access it.

As the Executive Director of The Cabin Counseling & Resource Center, my hope is to lead with heart and purpose—supporting our mission to make high-quality mental health care available to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. I also feel strongly about challenging the stigma around seeking help. We celebrate people when they start a gym membership, but when someone begins therapy, the reaction is often quiet concern. That needs to change. Getting support for your mental health is a sign of growth, trust, and hope. At The Cabin, we believe healing is possible—and that no one should have to walk through seasons of growth, change, or struggle alone.

I’m grateful to work alongside a dedicated team of clinicians, a life coach, and a dietitian who provide expert care to individuals of all ages across our three locations. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, we meet them with empathy and skill. We also offer community-based support through workshops and wellness programs in schools, businesses, and beyond.

Thanks to generous donors, we’re working toward raising $200,000 this year to ensure everyone who needs help can receive it.

Philosophy:
At The Cabin, we believe healing is possible, hope is real, and no one has to do it alone.
