What It’s Like to Work With Me:
Therapy with me is a collaborative experience that is tailored to your needs with a compassionate, open, and non-judgemental environment. My approach is to help you express and process daily struggles with relationships, eating habits, and self-perception and implement coping skills, grounding techniques and confidence building strategies. We will work together to navigate your experiences, explore new ways of thinking, and implement tools that will help you to keep moving with confidence.
My Philosophy:
“Therapy is the mirror in which we face our brokenness not as flaws, but as the threads that weave us into wholeness”
