Dear Friend of The Cabin,

During this season of thankfulness, I am extremely grateful for the generosity of all who have supported The Cabin's Samaritan Fund, helping us fulfill our mission to provide quality mental health care to those who otherwise would not be able to afford services. Each year, 60% of adults and 50% of children diagnosed with a mental illness will not pursue treatment citing access and cost as the primary deterrents. With locations in Zionsville, Westfield, and Lebanon we have expanded access to services. The Samaritan Fund at The Cabin provides help when cost is an obstacle to care. Over the past 24 years, The Cabin has provided more than $2,000,000 in assistance. This year alone, $220,000 will be utilized by our Samaritan Fund recipients.

We are aware of the great privilege it is to be invited into the lives of individuals navigating the obstacles and opportunities that life presents. We are fortunate to have 24 skilled clinical therapists, a life coach, a dietitian, and a psychiatrist providing care utilizing a variety of approaches, recognizing that “one size does not fit all.”

With your help, we will continue to say:

“Yes” to the 10-year-old who would rather end her life than continue to be bullied.

“Yes” to the 17-year-old imprisoned by anxiety and self-harm.

“Yes” to the 26-year-old held hostage by his addictions.

“Yes” to the 42-year-old whose financial security has been decimated by divorce.

“Yes” to the 64-year-old devastated by the loss of their life partner.

We know you work hard for your money, and we maintain our commitment to use 100% of contributions for direct client services. You are the reason The Cabin can help walk individuals, couples, and families out of their distress to a place of healing. Donations can be made payable to The Cabin and mailed to 112 N. 9th Street, Zionsville, IN 46077.

We wish you a blessed holiday season and a joyous 2024!
